Her celebrated graduate collection was purchased by several high-end boutiques. Soon after, in 1997, she was appointed creative director of Parisian fashion house Chloe, succeeding Karl Lagerfeld, and establishing Chloé as one of the best selling labels in Paris.
In 2001, she partnered with the Gucci Group (now PPR) to launch her namesake brand. Her clean, innovative, versatile aesthetic attracted a long-term collaboration with Adidas, as well as other notable collaborations. Stella is known for championing sustainability and eco-conscious styles since the inception of her label, without compromising her commitment to luxury for today’s modern woman.
